By booking an appointment with Be Envied Beauty Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments must be secured with a down payment at the time of booking.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the required down payment has been successfully processed.

  • Walk-ins are accepted only when availability permits and are not guaranteed.

2. Down Payments (Non-Refundable)

  • All down payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • The down payment is applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

  • Down payments cover reserved time and lost business opportunity if an appointment is canceled or missed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

  • Rescheduling is allowed one time only with proper notice.

  • Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your down payment.

  • Same-day cancellations will forfeit the down payment.

4. No-Shows

  • A no-show is considered missing your appointment without notice.

  • No-shows will result in full loss of the down payment.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings or may result in refusal of service.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to ensure full service.

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in:

    • A shortened service to accommodate the schedule, or

    • Cancellation of the appointment with loss of down payment

  • Full service charges may still apply even if service time is reduced due to lateness.

6. Remaining Balance

  • Any remaining balance after the down payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at time of booking.

7. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues when possible.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

8. Health & Safety

  • Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to your service.

  • Be Envied Beauty Co. is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • Be Envied Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with policies.

10. Policy Changes

  • Policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review the most current version prior to booking.
